Quality Control and End of Line Testing
Some steps in manufacturing and assembly are done by workers or robots that are unable to make quality checks on the fly. Yet, the quality of these steps/events can be heard. Our solution can evaluate whether these steps have been completed successfully or not. End of Line Testing is usually done by human operators or a combination of sound recording systems and human supervision. Human means error and unpredictable cost. The ai-driven method can enhance the accuracy of these checks.
Examples of sound events monitored:
Manual/robotic steps in car assembly, such as POPP clamp closing, electrical connector plugging, seal insertion into car body, robotic drilling and chip extraction, robotic hammering
Examples of EOL testing monitored:
Combustion engines, automotive sub-assemblies such as roof systems, door systems, windshield wiper. Home appliance such as refrigerators
